What will this involve
Being a successful Account Executive is all about being a great communicator. It’s a role that calls for a people person who is well organised, able to adapt and willing to learn. We want someone who takes a real interest in our clients, whatever their industry and is keen to build relationships and share creative ideas whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time to a fantastic standard.
Responsibilities
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll manage multiple jobs across several client accounts, keeping scope, timing, and budget in mind.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Services: Acting as the link between the agency and clients, attending client meetings, understanding clients' brands and challenges, managing expectations, and ensuring all work is delivered on time.
- Administration: All related admin- setting up jobs with job numbers and folders, providing agendas and contact reports for client meetings, ensuring timely quoting and invoicing, and completing daily timesheets.
- Planning & Organisation: Following established procedures, regularly reviewing task progress, managing multiple projects methodically, and keeping various WIP document up-to-date.
- Communication: Determining the best form of communication, providing clear job status overviews, writing concise briefs for clients and internal studio, and sharing information proactively.
- Teamwork: Support team decisions and goals, maintaining a ‘can do’ attitude, asking for help when needed, keeping the team updated on project developments, and working closely with the wider team.
Key skills
You should have a keen interest in digital marketing and be excited to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly organised and detail-oriented.

- Be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks daily.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt.
