Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic undergraduate who is studying for a Computer Science or IT related degree to work on a 12-month placement in our IT Team based in Caterham, Surrey.
On your placement you will spend time providing ‘first line’ support for all incidents and either resolve to the user’s satisfaction using documented processes and procedures or escalate to Service Delivery Manager.
Requirements
- You will be currently studying a relevant degree e.g. Computer Science.
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
