Our Grassroots internships’ are back for 2024! We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our UK teams this summer on a paid three month internship starting from June 2024. This programme will give you the opportunity to experience the breadth of our huge scope across the sports landscape, especially during a very busy calendar of sport in the UK.

We are looking for those who have a real interest in in our industry and are eager to learn and get stuck in during a busy summer as we work with a range on super exciting brands across the summer of Cricket and the Euros.

What you will be doing

Our Wasserman Brands & Properties team manage multiple key partnerships across cricket and football including planning and delivery of events across the UK and we need a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support. The role will sit across two key accounts and support the teams across multiple workstreams including but not limited to:

  • On site event delivery (various cricket venues across the UK)
  • Organising giveaways and ticketing
  • Supporting content shoots planning and delivery
  • Social media reporting

  • This role involves working on events and engaging with sports fans/general public. Talk us through how you would respond if someone came up to you to complain about the brand that you’re working on behalf of?
  • You’re the captain of a football / rugby / any sport (!) team and you’re currently playing a match. It’s halftime and your team is losing. You’re in the dressing room leading the team talk – what do you say to your team to motivate them for the second half?
