    About the role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic IT placement student to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Daventry, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

    Although hybrid working will be considered, this role will be onsite for the best experience so you will need to be able to travel to the location.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Maintain and Support existing business / IT systems.
    • Helping to identify and design business IT solutions.
    • Leading small projects or initiatives from inception to completion.
    • Support Change and Process controls within ITIL methodologies.
    • Engaging with customers across various business units.
    • Gaining opportunities to support on global projects.

    What you'll need

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Studying towards a degree in IT, Business or Project Management.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes.
    • Technical knowledge related to Windows PC/Server technologies for problem solving is desirable.
    • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
