    As a Logistics Contracts Co-ordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing the full order fulfilment process and ensuring seamless deliveries.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs
    • Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity
    • Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise
    • Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
    • Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents
    • Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations

    About you

    We're seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Essential: Administration experience, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn
    • Skills in: Prioritisation, problem-solving, and handling multiple tasks at once
    • Bonus: Previous logistics experience (but full training will be provided)
    • Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

    In addition, you’ll also need the right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor work permits.
