Dodd & Co a progressive UK firm of accountants and business advisers, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to play a key role in the ensuring the timely receipt of fees for work completed.

What you will do

Working closely with our Credit Control Manager. This varied role will involve:

  • Contacting clients to arrange payment plans.
  • Reviewing client payment plans on a monthly basis.
  • Build rapport and maintain excellent relations with clients on payment plans.
  • Setting direct debits.
  • Issuing monthly and quarterly statements to clients.
  • Keeping the credit control systems up to date.
  • Producing and analysing monthly reports.

About you

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a confident, friendly, professional communicator.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
  • Be able to negotiate.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Have a good eye for detail, produce consistently accurate work.
  • Confident in the use of IT, with a good knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
