Dodd & Co a progressive UK firm of accountants and business advisers, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to play a key role in the ensuring the timely receipt of fees for work completed.
What you will do
Working closely with our Credit Control Manager. This varied role will involve:
- Contacting clients to arrange payment plans.
- Reviewing client payment plans on a monthly basis.
- Build rapport and maintain excellent relations with clients on payment plans.
- Setting direct debits.
- Issuing monthly and quarterly statements to clients.
- Keeping the credit control systems up to date.
- Producing and analysing monthly reports.
About you
The successful candidate will:
- Be a confident, friendly, professional communicator.
- Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- Be able to negotiate.
- Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Have a good eye for detail, produce consistently accurate work.
- Confident in the use of IT, with a good knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
