We are looking for a passionate, creative and organised Marketing Executive to support the delivery of engaging marketing communications.


  • Deliver regular email campaigns to support client acquisition and retention, and identify opportunities to improve content and format of mailings to drive increased engagement.
  • Working with digital and other internal stakeholders, create SEO-friendly website content and ensure existing content is regularly updated and optimised.
  • Share news and insights across a range of social media channels to generate awareness and consideration.
  • Provide operational communications advice to stakeholders and end-to-end support for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Update and create on-brand marketing material using the firm’s templates, and by working collaboratively with the Design team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all content aligns with our firm’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
  • Support recognition and awareness of our firm and legal experts by assisting with legal directory and award submissions.

Person specification

  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong, genuine interest in marketing and professional services.
  • Quick to learn, innovative and creative, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
  • A strong team player who can work on their own initiative and collaboratively alongside others.

Education and qualifications

  • Qualified to degree level (or equivalent)
  • CIM qualification would be a bonus

Special aspects

The normal hours of work are 9.30am – 5.30pm but it is essential to be committed, flexible and prepared to work beyond the normal office hours when necessary and in response to client demand.
