The role

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the Business Performance team at Worldpay. This position is based in London and aligned to the Worldpay University Program; a two-year program, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading payments company.

About the team

Within Worldpay, you will sit within the Global Enterprise line of business where your focus will be on large global merchants. The Global Enterprise business within Worldpay consists of several departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, each with its own objectives, but all working together to drive commercial impact.

Your role will involve working across the Global Enterprise business to improve its functionality by bringing structure and implementing the Global Enterprise strategy across regions and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in leading the prioritization and delivery of strategic projects that are crucial to the commercial success of Global Enterprise. Additionally, you will facilitate the flow of information by improving communication across all Global Enterprise teams through enhanced insight generation and consistent reporting and communication of business performance.

What you will be doing

  • Help identify and develop business cases for strategic opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Support and deliver priority business transformation initiatives to improve financial performance
  • Support the deployment and management of strategy alignment and execution methodology, such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Work with partner functions to align key business decisions with Global Enterprise’s vision and strategy
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you bring

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and rapport building skills
  • Proactive mindset, with a willingness to ask questions and put forward ideas
  • An aptitude to research and analyse key information and trends
  • Commercial focus, with an interest in driving revenue and bottom-line value for the business
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills combined with the desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
