Four is looking for an enthusiastic and capable junior film producer to join its central marketing team based in Whitechapel.

The role will involve working across a variety of film and animation projects for Four’s own marketing, new business and clients in a mix of sectors such as travel, property, health/pharma, arts and culture, charity and the public sector.

We are looking for an all-rounder who wants to contribute ideas and develop concepts as well as bring these to life through their technical and production abilities.

The role will involve

  • Concept development
  • Storyboarding
  • Filming/recording (inc lighting setup)
  • Video editing (using Adobe After Effects)
  • Post-production
  • Sound design

Experience in motion graphics/basic animation is also desirable, as is an appetite to learn and develop new skills and play a role in helping others in the team to build knowledge of visual media.

Skills and experience

  • The successful candidate may be straight out of university with a relevant degree, or currently working in video production.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates relevant video production experience.
  • Experience in working with the latest version of graphics and animation software including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Flash.
  • An interest in and knowledge of film production, photography and podcasting.
  • An experienced camera operator, producer and video editor.

The right candidate will be motivated, be able to communicate creative ideas succinctly and convincingly, have good attention to detail and be able to work in calm and efficiently when under pressure.
