About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed oriented and meticulously organised individual to fill the role of Marketing Assistant based in St Albans to join a young and expanding team with big plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK Marketing and Sales team with coordinating and organising UK activities, campaigns and events.

Secondly, we are looking for an individual who is early in their Marketing journey and wants to grow their career in a global business and gain exposure to all aspects and elements of Marketing in a fast paced and agile team. 

Your tasks

  • Budget – tracking and management of all Marketing expenditure, ensuring all spend is in line with budget and all invoices are processed through Finance and are paid on time, sorting any queries that arise. 
  • Events – end to end management and coordination of all UK events and trials, including all event bookings, stand management, paperwork, machine bookings, logistics and cross-functional responsibility tracking.
  • Showroom – lead on the organisation of the UKs new showroom, ensuring bookings are managed, machines are functional, clean and topped up, merchandise and collateral is stocked, ancillaries and consumables are replaced and fresh and ensuring the general cleanliness and upkeep of the area. 
  • Collateral – manage the stock of all brochures and flyers, keeping them topped up and updated as required across both Dalla Corte and Franke, ensuring stock is ordered in time for upcoming activities and stored appropriately.
  • Merchandise – manage the stock of all merchandise and ensure it is only distributed in line with requirements and keep stock replenished when required. All assets and merchandise are stored in the marketing container so management of this space will also be included in the role. 
  • Assets – manage and maintain the pop up stand assets, ensuring they are well maintained, protected and transported correctly to ensure they remain useable for the future. 
  • Sales – support with Sales tenders and presentations, ensuring all content is created in time and providing any analytics when required while also providing Sales teams with market segment insights and keeping them updated and maintained. 
  • Administration – general team administration and management as required. 
  • Analytics – lead on sourcing and analysing competitor information, segment and market data and prospect customer information and then preparing it to present to internal teams where required.
  • Other -  general support of Marketing and Sales teams with coordination and support of ad-hock projects, meetings and events as required. 
  • Supplier & Partner Management – manage all UK agencies, partners and suppliers and ensure SLAs and deadlines are adhered across all stakeholders during projects and activities. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year marketing experience is crucial
  • Industry experience is beneficial
