We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You will be given the chance to collaborate and learn from a diverse team of accomplished Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Developers and QA Engineers in a nurturing and collegial environment.

What you’ll be working on

  • Analyse and interpret FXC’s customer datasets
  • Collaborate with FXC product managers and software engineers to convert data insights into actionable strategies and product enhancements
  • Identify, investigate and rectify data inconsistencies and errors, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data

You should apply if you are

  • Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline
  • Enrolled on a university course in your penultimate year or final year with a predicted or achieved 2.1 or above
  • Proficient in Python, SQL and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Exceptional at interpreting and drawing insights from data and analysis
  • An analytical mindset and high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Creative problem-solving skills

These skills will help, but aren’t essential

  • Experience with machine learning
  • Experience with NLP
