We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our in-house law firm, Caytons, where you’ll be responsible for assisting lawyers in a variety of legal tasks.
Our team operates out of the London office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. We also host monthly social events for our paralegals, trainees, and newly qualified solicitors, offering them the opportunity to connect and engage in a relaxed setting outside of the office environment.
How you'll make an impact
No day is the same as a Paralegal with Caytons! However, the main purpose of the roles is to provide legal support for our lawyers and typical tasks can consist of the following:
- Assisting fee earners with administration of cases and document organisation
- Assisting fee earners in meetings, mediations and trials
- Conducting legal research
- General administration duties including filing correspondence and answering phone calls
About you
- You have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree
- You’ll be able to communicate confidently via email and phone correspondence
- You have excellent research and analytical skills
- You work well independently and as part of a team
- You have attention to detail and can effectively focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to work in the UK
