Overview

Are you an admin professional seeking an opportunity to provide detailed and effective support across a wide range of tasks? Look no further! We are currently searching for a motivated individual to join our team as a Partner Assurance Analyst.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and trading partners are compliant with Know Your Client (KYC) and international financial sanctions regulations. Your responsibilities will include handling the administration and completion of questionnaires and information requests from Trading Partners as they conduct their KYC on Gallagher. Additionally, you will be responsible for renewing overseas licenses and drafting Broker of Record (BORs) agreements.

While we do require a minimum of one year of previous experience, we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate. What we value most is a dynamic, can-do attitude, a passion for planning ahead, excellent diary management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

How you'll make an impact

  • Sitting at the centre of the team, you offer a broad range of admin and support services to the Business and Management. Aiming to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain productive and creditable working relationships.
  • The core part of your role involves answering queries via email and over the phone. You will draw on your superb communication skills and ability to be detailed in written correspondence to help you deliver excellent work.
  • This role responds to and supports tender questionnaires and information requirements for new business wins and income opportunities.
  • Trading Partner’s request their own specific questionnaires are answered. As such, a significant element of the role requires pro-activity to interpret previous responses and to use your own personal judgment to apply these to differently phrased questions or identify the need for a new response. With knowledge of business contacts and where to seek responses. Given the nature of supporting tenders, speed and accuracy of response is key.
  • Servicing / monitoring All Questionnaire or Tender Requests sometimes working in collaboration with your colleagues within the TOBA Team.
  • Tracking and renewing overseas licenses to ensure Gallagher business units are able to trade in other countries.
  • Drafting Broker of Record (BORs) agreements by following a standard process and ensuring these are completed efficiently. Working with the business and Legal to have them agreed and signed promptly.

  • Outstanding communication skills, an active listener with excellent organisational skills.
  • Work well under pressure and without supervision, you have an excellent attitude towards new challenges!
  • Keen and confident to prioritise and organise your own workload.
  • Happy to talk to people that you do not know over the telephone, keen to build strong, long-lasting business relationships.
  • Confident in writing and constructing emails, letters and other correspondence as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office, solid IT skills and an ability to learn about new systems.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
