    This is a really exciting opportunity to build some great marketing experience and learn lots of really useful skills in digital media and campaign management. You would be part of a dynamic marketing team who are looking after some of the most rapidly changing industry areas in our economy, across data, cyber, sustainability and health.

    We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing/media studies graduate to support the team on a one year fixed term contract, primarily to manage social and content.  The role is a great opportunity to gain exposure with a creative and busy team, and, to get involved in all areas of digital marketing and events. Ideally, we are looking for students who are confident with creating content and using social media, as well as being comfortable using Microsoft office. Being able to learn quickly with tech and social tools is also a must. Looking for some creative ninjas here!

    Specific duties include

    • Social Media support – Creation and management of social content across various channels 
    • Content Creation – Supporting Marketing team by producing copy, graphics, presentations and templates.  
    • Supporting the co-ordination of events
    • Support in maintaining the CRM database for Marketing campaigns 
    • Providing assistance to other members of the Marketing team as required.

    Requirements

    Experience and Knowledge

    • Experience of managing workload and multiple priorities to meet deadlines;
    • Experience and a passion for creating engaging social media and content
    • An understanding of IT programmes used in marketing, publishing and CRM applications; including web management, multimedia design and database management such as InDesign, Photoshop, Salesforce and SharePoint would be desirable, although not essential.
