    Overview of job

    The purpose of this role is to provide the day to day operations and services of the team and thereby ensure the accurate implementation and delivery of all digital audio, display, mobile and video advertising campaigns. This role plays a key role in ensuring the services of the team result in high levels of customer happiness, higher digital client spend and minimal campaign delivery issues!

    This role will support the existing AdOps Execs day to day by handling the G:Plan booking approvals, forecasting and some campaign set up along with adhoc tasks and projects!

    In the first few months, you would have

    • Been fully trained in how to approve G:Plans
    • A full and clear understanding of how to forecast campaigns
    • Set up some DAX campaigns
    • Been given responsibility for a particular tasks

    Responsibilities of the role

    • Working with other members of the Digital Operations Team to assist in the management of all digital audio, display, app and mobile campaigns
    • Assist the Ops Execs by sourcing and distributing Audio to the team
    • Being responsible for the Enterprise campaigns across DAX and Display
    • Ensuring standard daily reporting is completed for the team
    • Running avails across DAX and Display to help sales plan their campaigns
    • Manager Audio Filler Campaigns and supervising delivery
    • Supervising and optimising all campaigns across DAX and Display to ensure both revenue and performance can be improved and meet agreed client critical metrics
    • Providing Sales and other partners receive the accurate campaign reports and analytics to ensure campaign monitoring and delivery
    • Participating in operations, ad technology and other internal and external projects which drive the revenue and goals of Global and DAX

    • Graduate wanting to get experience within Digital Advertising
    • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
    • Organised & patient with the ability to multitask effectively
    • Proven understanding of HTML, JavaScript & HTML5 desirable
    • Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
