EMEA Trading Academy, sponsored by the Women's Network.
The Goldman Sachs Trader Academy provides students in their penultimate or final year of studies the opportunity to learn more about trading. The aim is to prepare students for future trading roles, make invaluable connections, and develop technical and soft skills.
The Trader Academy is an interactive multi day insight programme, open to all degree backgrounds and is designed to introduce students to trading through hands on experience.
The opportunity
As a participant, you will:
- Discover the extensive range of career opportunities within Financial Markets and Trading
- Gain valuable insights and tangible skills into key areas of Trading
- Work closely with a group of peers to grow your technical and soft skills through interactive workshops
- Network with Goldman Sachs professionals and hear more about their experiences and diverse backgrounds

The Academy will take place over 3-days in October.
About FICC and Equities
FICC and Equities (Sales and Trading) is at the forefront of worldwide markets. We make markets and facilitate client transactions in fixed income, equity, currency and commodity products. Our core value is building strong relationships with our clients. We help them buy and sell financial products on exchanges around the world, raise funding and manage risk.
Eligibiity
Students graduating from either a Bachelors or Master’s degree programme from 2026 to June 2027.
