    The role

Are you the kind of person who loves creating content for your social media? You're tuned-in to TikTok, eager to try latest video trends yourself. Your phone is bursting with videos and content you've made, constantly experimenting with new filming techniques.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced video team, assisting with the production of high-quality videos for our clients. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Assisting with pre-production tasks such as brainstorming, storyboarding, and scripting
    • Assisting with on-set production tasks such as setting up equipment, managing lighting, and camera operation.
    • Assisting with post-production tasks such as video editing, sound editing, and colour grading
    • Participating in team meetings and contributing to creative discussions
    • Making social media content, both for clients and Golley Slater.

    Requirements

    • Passion for video production and a desire to learn more about the advertising industry.
    • Basic understanding of video production techniques and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Proactive, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.

This is a paid internship, with the successful candidate also receiving valuable training and mentorship from our experienced video team, as well as exposure to working with high-profile clients.

    Who are we looking for?

So, whoever you are, whatever your background, if you’re passionate about video, we want to hear from you.

    How to apply?

You can apply by uploading your CV and, most importantly, a watchable link to your 30 second video as to why you would like to be a video intern at Golley Slater. It’s totally up to you what you do with your video, there are no limits!

We will invite our favourite applications for an interview where we would like to see examples of other work you’ve designed. This could be a portfolio, website, or just photos or objects that you’ve created.

The internship will take place between Monday 29th July – Friday 23rd August.

    Some of our benefits include

    • 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday.
    • Birthday Holiday Day.
