    As the GRAHAM Business continues to grow and develop, we are seeking an enthusiastic 3D Animator Placement to support the BIM and Digital Construction Team. The BIM and Digital Construction Team currently support the business regarding to 3D and 4D Models. This role is required to support the increased usage of 3D and 4D models as well as having the ability to use products such as Unity and Unreal Engine to enhance the current services offered.

    Key Skills

    • 3D modelling skills to underpin our existing capabilities
    • Subject matter expert within the team with regard to 3D Modelling
    • Real time light and rendering skills
    • Ability to develop assets and packs to provide a library of assets for use across the GRAHAM business
    • Willingness to learn 4D modelling skills within construction, with the capability to develop models, assets and combine with construction programs to develop 4D models
    • Passionate about technology with the ability to identify and embrace new technologies that are relevant to GRAHAM
    • Provide input into the GRAHAM roadmap and have the capability to develop understanding of Unreal Engine, Unity and other products that can enhance our service to the business
    • Identity benefits and lessons learned in terms of Digital Construction for every project completed
    • Ensure Digital Construction KPI targets are agreed and met

    Training & Documentation

    • Contribute to BIM and Digital Construction training as required
    • Develop, deploy and maintain training materials for key BIM and Digital Construction solutions, processes and technology as required
    • Be prepared to train across all areas and stakeholders of BIM and Digital construction, covering internal BIM and Digital Construction Team, wider GRAHAM team and clients and sub contractors as required

    This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the BIM and Digital 3D Specialist and the range of duties to be undertaken.

    It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.

    Additional Information

    • Job is located at home and head office (hybrid working)
    • Some travel to other sites may be necessary.
    • Provision of application support, outside normal working hours may be required to minimise business disruption and downtime.
