As GRAHAM continues to expand, we are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development of our case study database, bridging the gap between site teams, bid teams, and completed projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring we capture and present detailed project insights that align with our vision and values, helping drive future success. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Bidteam, gathering and documenting key information through site visits, interviews, and meetings. Additionally, they will research historical project data, ensuring we maintain an accurate and valuable record of past achievements.
Please note: The ability to travel to UK wide sites is essential for this role, therefore a full and valid UK driving licence is required.
Key responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with site and office-based teams, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge-sharing between departments.
- Bid Support: Provide valuable case study content to support tender submissions and help secure new profitable work.
- Information Management: Research and document historical project data, maintaining a comprehensive case study database.
- Content Presentation: Ensure case studies are presented clearly and concisely, making complex project details easy to understand.
- Photography Coordination: Liaise with external photographers, setting briefs to capture high-quality project imagery.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to other NI, England and Scotland based projects.
Desirable criteria
- Background or interest in construction – knowledge of industry practices is a plus.
- Experience working in a bid team, project research, or content development.
- Understand the tender processes and bid documentation structure.
- Experience with interviewing teams and gathering project insights effectively.
