This role is within the Consumer & Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA) Team. Our Global Brand Equity and Creative Effectiveness Team is tasked with ensuring Haleon has access to the best-in-class learnings and marketing effectiveness. In this role you will have a chance to support some of our key platforms – our Brand Performance System (BPS) and our End to End (E2E) Creative Effectiveness Measurement Framework. Your key day-to-day focus will be helping us to harness the power of brand health understanding and advertising effectiveness measurement.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

  • Support the Global Brand Equity and Creative Effectiveness Team with driving 2024/2025 learning and growth plans
  • Partner with the wider CBIA team to drive usage and understanding of the BPS programme and E2E Creative Framework within the Haleon business.
  • Work closely with colleagues owning other tools and components to find new ways to integrate and leverage brand equity and creative effectiveness data into how we might best answer business questions.
  • Drive and increase engagement with Brand Performance System Tool and dashboard by continually increasing understanding and visibility.
  • Support the Global Brand Equity Insights Team to deliver continued understanding of the relationship between brand metrics, media, creative and commercial outcomes to improve predictability of BPS and influence brand and investment priorities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge zone on The Observatory (Haleon’s Knowledge Management System and ensure all key stakeholders and users are up to date on latest and future developments (e.g. via newsletters, regular presentations, etc.)
  • Manage the relationship with key agencies to ensure priorities are set and they are delivering to required business needs.
  • Assist with day-to-day programme requests and timelines to ensure efficiency and timeous deliveries to the business.

Education required

You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You may be expected to provide evidence from your university to show you will be an undergraduate student for the duration of the placement year and they are supportive of your placement.
