    We’re seeking a Contractor Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at Harrods. In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless, compliant onboarding and offboarding experience for contractors across the business.

    About the role

    As a Contractor Coordinator, you will support multiple departments by managing the end-to-end contractor process. This includes creating and maintaining contracts in line with current UK legislation, including IR35. Your work will be key in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for both contractors and internal stakeholders. You’ll also ensure accurate data management and act as a central point of contact for all contractor lifecycle activities.

    Key responsibilities include

    • Reviewing project requirements and statements of work to confirm business needs and determine the appropriate type of engagement
    • Acting as the go-to expert for IR35 compliance and the management of self-employed contractors
    • Ensuring data is handled in accordance with GDPR and Harrods’ internal standards
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, HR, Finance, and Hiring Managers
    • Becoming a Workday superuser—ensuring efficient use of the system and providing support to colleagues as needed

    About you

    You’ll bring experience in managing contracts and producing reports related to contractor headcount. A solid understanding of IR35 regulations and a proactive approach to keeping current with UK legislation is essential.

    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage ad hoc requests effectively
