You’ll play a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure payment of winnings – all while being part of a friendly and supportive team. Day to day you’ll
- Download and prepare winner payment data from our bingo system
- Verify high-value payments via telephone
- Accurately populate and upload payment templates using Excel
- Liaise with winners and internal teams, responding to queries with care
- Schedule and track payment batches using PTX
- Maintain clear and compliant payment records
- Reconcile control accounts to ensure accuracy
- Assist with email communications to winners
- Support adherence to data protection and financial protocols
- Help deliver operational efficiency across payment processes
What we’d like you to bring
- Experience in finance, payments or admin roles
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Confident using Excel and financial templates
- Familiarity with systems like Boomerang, PTX, or Bottomline (desirable)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- A proactive, organised and self-motivated attitude
- Comfort working in a busy, high-volume environment
- A positive, people-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of payment platforms and processes
