We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Graduate Business Change Analyst for the Health & Benefits Digital Transformation Team. Key Responsibilities:
Change Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies to drive business transformation.
- Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them with project objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate progress, impact, and recommendations to senior management.
Configuration & Implementation:
- Assist in the configuration and customization of business tools and software, ensuring systems are tailored to meet organizational requirements.
- Work closely with IT and technical teams to implement system changes, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems function correctly after configuration and changes.
Proactive Support & Problem-Solving:
- Take initiative in identifying potential risks, issues, or challenges within business change projects and provide proactive solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on your observations and data analysis.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a degree in Business, Management, IT, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with business configuration tools, enterprise software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms), or other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of system configurations, business processes, and change management methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software for data analysis and reporting.
