    Our 6-week Internal Communications Internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop key skills in corporate communications, employee engagement, and content creation.

    As a Howden Internal Communications Intern, you will

    • Support the creation of engaging internal content across various channels.
    • Assist in planning and delivering internal campaigns and events.
    • Help craft messaging that advises, encourages, and connects employees.
    • Work with teams across the business to understand and promote key initiatives.
    • Research and suggest new ways to improve internal communication strategies.
    • Ensure consistency and clarity in all internal messaging.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Penultimate or final-year university students with a passion for communications.
    • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
    • A creative mindset with the confidence to suggest new insights.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
