    IBM's Enterprise Experience Design team is seeking a Design Associate to join their thriving design community of over 140 members. This role involves working in one of IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Centers, delivering deep technical and industry expertise to global clients across various sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Applying Enterprise Design Thinking and user-centered design methodologies to create services and products that meet both user needs and business objectives.
    2. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business analysts, to design and build services using web, mobile, and emerging technologies.
    3. Conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and creating detailed design specifications for handover to development teams.
    4. Communicating designs effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
    5. Demonstrating expertise in service design, UX design, visual design, content design, and user research.

    Requirements:

    1. A Bachelor's degree in a human-centered or design field.
    2. Relevant experience in researching or designing products, systems, or services for people, either through academic projects, internships, freelance work, or professional roles.
    3. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is required as part of the application process.

    Our Design Associates go on to become Senior Designers, Design Directors and Design Principals leading design across key IBM clients like NHS, Scottish Government, Boots, Wimbledon and Ferrari.

    Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, 25th June. Early submission is advised due to potential early closure of the role.

    Assessment Availability: Mandatory Assessment Center will be held the week of 14th July. Candidates must ensure availability for this week as dates cannot be chosen.

    Final Interview: If shortlisted, final interviews will be held the week of 21st July. Attendance is compulsory with no flexibility in scheduling.
