Our clinic is located in Nantwich, a lovely market town with excellent amenities and services. We have parks, sports clubs, and shops nearby, and great links to Crewe railway station and the M6. Our clinic is situated within walking distance to shops and a large park, and has on site parking. Accommodation in the area ranges from in town to lovely and rural!

Our team consists of 6 Vets, 9 Nurses, 1 student nurse and 2 VCA's. We have an Opthalmology certificate holder, an Orthopaedic certificate holder, a Surgery certificate holder, and Medicine certificate holders. We also have an additional Vet currently studying towards a Medicine certificate. We also have certificate holders in Medicine, Cardiology and Surgery within our group at our sister branch.

Practice facilities include laparoscopic equipment, orthopedics - (TTA, Fracture repair, MLP surgery), soft tissue surgery (enterotomy, GDV, splenectomy, large skin reconstruction techniques, ophthalmology, video otoscope with suction/flushing, rhinoscope, digital and dental x-ray machine (equipped with SignalPet for interpretation), ultrasound and an operating microscope. All patients monitored with multiparameter machines. Nurses familiar with CRI medications to allow excellent multimodal analgesia protocols.

Step into a supportive start

Your normal hours of work are 38 hours per week, 4 days a week. Due to the particular needs of the business we need to operate a rota system, therefore there are no normal times of work applicable to you and your daily hours, start and finish times will vary from time to time on a rota system. The rota operates Monday to Friday inclusive. In addition, you may also be required to participate in a weekend rota and/or an out of hour.

Our new graduate would be supported by a talented and passionate VetGDP advisor, who will provide valuable opportunities for our graduate to grow and build their confidence within their role. The rest of the team are very experienced with Vet students and graduates and know that support comes from all team members. We always value input from our recent graduates in ways to improve the next graduates experience and will constantly re-evaluate our processes to fit the new graduates needs. We are proud to have retained our recent graduates, with one already working on a certificate. We also have historic graduates who have gone on to residencies and become specialists. They now tell their students how marvellous their time with us was.
