Unlock your passions @ Bell, Brown and Bentley

Bell Brown and Bentley a fantastic small animal practice in Leicester being a central location, split over multiple sites. There is a comparatively low cost of living and excellent transport links all over the country, as well as modern shopping facilities and a diverse community which make it a great city to live in. We have 4 30 hour per week vets and 2 40 hour per week vets.

We are a very supportive practice and will always have a vet with 10+ years of experience working with a new graduate and we also have a wealth of experienced RVNs. We have a loyal client base and pride ourselves on providing an excellent first opinion practice with freedom to refer cases when that is in the best interest of the patient. We prioritise staff wellbeing and work hard to manage the diary so our staff are not overwhelmed.

Our facilities include modern ultrasound, in house blood machine, operating theatres, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring.

Step into a supportive start

Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, 4 days a week, between 8.30am and 6.30pm. You will also be required to participate in a Saturday morning rota but will not be required to do any OOH.

We have been supporting new graduates for a number of years now and have the experience within our vet and nursing team to make for a very positive experience. We pride ourselves on treating you well as a new graduate and respect the huge adjustment and learning curve that is required to move from university into practice. We also respect that each person is different in how they learn, what causes stress and how to manage that stress and we have a very friendly and open team that works together well.
