    The role

    As a Group, we are half-way through an exciting transformation journey to build a stronger, more sustainable business for the future and we are excited to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.

    As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Group digital marketing strategy. This is a varied role, which involves collaborating on the group website strategy, executing digital marketing campaigns, and helping to define, monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs.

    We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and get involved in a variety of tasks! This hands-on, global role will give you the exposure you need to excel your career.

    Our office is based in Knutsford and we offer hybrid working arrangements.

    Role accountabilities

    • Identify and implement website improvement techniques delivering SEM and UX enhancements.
    • Manage the administration of group company websites.
    • Generate reports, monitor performance, and provide recommendations to continuously improve digital performance.
    • Optimise content for multiple corporate platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
    • Set and track usability goals across the group’s websites in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
    • Support design, development, and content teams to create engaging user journeys.
    • Promote best practices for website and email communications across marketing and the wider organisation.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, strategies, trends, and standards.
    • Liaise with group companies, clients, subcontractors, and all stakeholders to ensure alignment.
    • Perform additional ad hoc marketing activities as required.

    Knowledge qualifications and experience

    • Degree in digital marketing, business studies, or a related field will be beneficial.
    • Experience in a similar marketing role.
    • Analytical mindset and experience with content management systems (CMS).
    • Proficiency in SEO, CMS editing, and web content generation.
    • Hands-on experience with Google marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console) is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
    • Strong creative, organisational, and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset.
    • Flexibility to travel to other national offices and sites as needed.
