Join us on the Aftermarket Sales Graduate programme which has been designed for candidates who are passionate about developing a career in the Off-Highway Vehicle industry.

What is the Aftermarket Sales Graduate programme like?

This 18-month programme allows graduates to work in a range of aftermarket sales roles, working on the delivery of outstanding sales performance through project management, operations, and sales development. Graduates will focus on successfully delivering products to meet customer needs, whether that be in the introduction of exciting new Attachments solutions, developing and improving our operational capability, or in creating enhanced sales strategies to deliver growth in market share.

The scheme will consist of three 6-month placements in the sales to give you a well-rounded experience. Placements will include:

  • Project Management – working to co-ordinate the wider sales team in delivering new products to the market. You will help to develop projects plans and ensure projects are then delivered on time and to cost targets to ensure successful launch and future sales.
  • Operations Management – working in the operations team to streamline our process on managing products through the sales. From supplier negotiation, material forecasting and scheduling and order management through our warehouses to our dealers.
  • Sales Management - working with our Sales teams and dealers to develop new sales strategies to deliver sales growth.

There are a range of typical career paths that the Aftermarket Sales Graduate programme could lead to:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Warehousing Operations Management
  • Project Management
  • Sales Management
  • Sales Training
