Role purpose

Johnson and Johnson Medtech is recruiting for a Digital solutions Student placement, located remotely in the UK.

This position will work with the EMEA digital solutions team to support installation of digital solutions within hospitals across Europe and the middle east. Once you have mastered the implementation process you will have the opportunity to work with generative AI to improve the systems and simplify the work. You will be asked to work with many countries across EMEA with the opportunity to understand how the solution improves patients lives and helps hospitals handle workload.

Education & experience required

We are looking for a student in the third or fourth year of their degree who has knowledge in process mapping and improvement, Project management skills and knowledge in software implementation and website creation.

  • 2 years of degree level study completed by the time of placement.
  • Minimum of 2:1 achieved in the first year of study.
  • Customer focused & goal orientated
  • Takes personal responsibility for decisions and delivering results
  • Willingness to travel, and attend meetings as required.
  • We are looking for a student who is eager to learn and motivated to work alone and collaboratively across different languages.

Preferred

  • We would prefer someone with a software or computer sciences degree but someone with a strong interest would also be suitable.

Other

  • Required to speak English fluently, other languages would be a benefit
  • Less than 5% travel within EMEA, this will be to team meetings and customer meetings where required.
