The International Recruitment and Development Programme (IRDP) is a two-year programme that hires high-potential MBA and Master’s students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. Who We're Looking For
- Full-time MBA or Master’s degree required
- Minimum of three-to-five years' experience
- Permanent work authorization and language fluency for countries of interest
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
