Are you looking for a job that sets you up for the future? This is an entry level role within a dynamic, world leading Marketing Research company. An 18-month fast-track development programme covering different aspects of Marketing Research followed by a permanent role in a team best suited to you.

Role Responsibilities

From Day 1 you will be working on live projects and talking to our clients who represent more than half of the world’s most famous brands. You’ll be learning on the job, supported by people dedicated to helping you learn the ropes and get the most from your experiences.

Our rotational scheme means you will gain exposure to a variety of clients, research approaches (e.g. qualitative, quantitative as well as non-survey/search/social data and analytics) and develop your:

  • Knowledge of marketing levers and the drivers of brand growth and business success
  • People skills

  • Client relationship management skills

  • This includes several weeks set aside for world-class training in these and other areas.

Person Specification

Successful applicants have come from a broad range of subjects (the arts, sciences, languages, economics, maths, anthropology, data sciences, theology, criminology) so we are not looking for a particular background degree. What’s more important is that you:

  • Have a self-starter attitude to expertise development
  • Are friendly & sociable, able to build strong relationships quickly
  • Are interested in building a wide, effective personal and professional network

Our selection process aims to match the best candidate to our future leader’s programme. We do this by assessing your abilities using a variety of tools throughout our recruitment process.

You can expect to complete an online test, video interview and have the time to prepare a presentation which you will be expected to deliver at assessment day which will be held in the Spring.

The assessment day has two main purposes:

  • Give you the opportunity to better understand our business, the role of a graduate and meet some of our people
  • For you to showcase who you are and what you can bring to our team.
