Join us as a Graduate Process Engineer, working in our Process Engineering team to understand our clients problems and opportunities, and imagine, assess and implement solutions to deliver energy in the safest and most sustainable way. All whilst earning a salary of £35,000 and the support of your mentor, manager and our development programme.

As a Graduate Process Engineer, you could be responsible for optimising and extending the field like of oil & gas facilities. You’ll contribute to projects such as helping clients on the net zero journey by reducing their carbon intensity, developing carbon capture and storage solutions, or developing low carbon energies such as hydrogen production and waste to fuel facilities. Spend your time participating in innovation projects to streamline our toolkits for delivering assessments whilst supporting our external markets, business development and work winning activities. 

Your responsibilities could include:  

  • Developing concepts and feasibility studies for brownfield and greenfield development projects 
  • Executing advanced process modelling, flow assurance and dynamic simulation 
  • Processing safety assessments 
  • Optimising existing assets 
  • Supporting on operations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis 
  • Supporting different project stages in our Engineering delivery business
