As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Configuration Analysts team. You will enjoy working within a high performing, improvement focused team, playing a key role in multiple technical projects.

We will provide necessary training in areas such as project management, Six Sigma and operational excellence.
Your focus will be on supporting our Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing teams across KLA, identifying opportunities for improvements and the most effective way to link product specifications to available components, enabling the manufacture of complex capital equipment. As your knowledge grows, you will be involved in various projects, and you will get an opportunity to broaden your understanding of a business.
As an analyst, you will be excited by understanding complex issues, ensuring root cause is analysed, understood and resolved by collaborating with various teams and specialists within KLA. To maintain your high levels of engagement, your day will be varied and your ongoing career development encouraged through coaching and training.
Key responsibilities
- We will provide training but the candidate must be willing to learn and obtain required qualifications
- Manage Bills of Materials from the point of creation to shipping a finished product using SAP Variant Configurator (which we will provide training for)
- Identify accuracy issues, understand root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Bring initiative to ongoing process improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally
Skills and experience
- Operational experience and/ or numerical, business or IT related degree is beneficial
- Organised and self-starter
- Analytical mind and a very keen eye for detail
- Candidate should have a drive and be motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SAP ERP system would be desirable
- Not be afraid to learn technical jargon, acronyms and new field to immerse yourself in semiconductor industry
