About the Role

This role will be responsible for building brand activations and commercial marketing initiatives that position LADbible Group brands right at the beating heart of youth culture.

The role needs a talented, social native, creative and diligent individual to translate briefs, lead brainstorms and work closely with the team to work up innovative and compelling creative concepts that are relevant for the consumer. It is a broad remit from building social-first campaigns that make a difference, hosting LADbible Group events (B2B) that get people talking, giving our audience a lens into exclusives, and partnering with the best.

What the opportunity looks like

  • Support two Senior Marketing Managers to plan, develop and execute marketing/content activations based on the annual cycle of key cultural and B2B moments.
  • B2C: A focus on Instagram and TikTok content across hero brand campaigns, key cultural moments, red carpets and events throughout the year. This includes end-to-end content production from idea, to shoot to edit to go live
  • B2B: Client and Agency conferences, events, roadshows and industry awards submissions.
  • Brief Insight team to conduct audience research and use data driven insights prior to campaign creation to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with other key departments on initiatives to ensure alignment and momentum of key projects
  • Lead B2B case studies and support on development of client collateral.
  • Report on all marketing activity on a monthly basis using insight to input into future campaigns
  • Own and manage the content results tracker
  • Write content for the websites/LinkedIn, including but not limited to case studies, client collateral, event write-ups etc
  • Build and maintain an understanding of trends, algorithm changes, new formats and channels
  • Ownership of administration of all invoices, monthly accruals and budget trackers
  • Staying up to date with social trends and viral moments for us to amplify and maximise

Approx - 70% B2C and 30% B2B

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

  • 2+ years experience in content or marketing, with a strong understanding and passion for youth culture and the youth content space.
  • A true social native with a creative mindset to develop innovative content and ideas.
  • Experience in copywriting for website articles, social and/or press releases
  • Photoshoot experience - cam op and producer
  • Used to working with talent, desired but not mandatory
  • Demonstrate strong project management and excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple B2C and B2B projects.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally with stakeholders and wider partnerships.
  • Beneficial experience working with Adobe Suite including but not limited to After Effects/Premiere Pro.

Please note that this role will occasionally require you to work out of core business hours (i.e. filming or editing content such as red carpet or festival activations).
