Do you have a Bachelors degree in Psychology or Education?

Join our AQA Early Careers scheme as a Research Graduate and support the development of new products and services, working on numerous exciting projects that shape the future of educational assessment. We’ll support the development of knowledge and methodologies to ensure you make the most out of your time on the programme. You’ll also work towards a level 4 Market Research qualification, learning from a team of experts throughout.

What’s involved? 

Working in our Research and Development team, each day will be different. You may be conducting data analysis, helping to design data collection tools such as surveys or interview schedules. You may be involved in interviewing teachers or students as part of our research projects. You will also be involved in CPD activities alongside colleagues to develop your knowledge of education assessment and research knowledge.

You could also be responsible for:

  • Supporting research and data collection for studies by assisting with participant recruitment and engagement
  • Managing quantitative and qualitative data through specialist software
  • Contributing to report writing, research blogs and delivering presentations, as well as the research for these tasks  

Who you are  

To be eligible for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Psychology, Education, or a similar degree subject area. Due to the nature of our business and the market we operate in - predominantly A levels and GCSEs – You need to be over the age of 18 years from 1st September 2024 to avoid any potential conflict of interest.

We’re looking for methodical individuals with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think critically. You should be able to build strong working relationships with other team members and stakeholders throughout the business. Other qualities we’d like to see include:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Quality orientated
  • Ability to process and present information to different audiences
