We develop and support the analytic technologies to provide our internal customers structured access to data that is timely, accurate, and actionable. About the role

This role is focused on providing essential data-driven insights to guide executive level decision-making. Working cross-functionally and have a direct impact on financial performance. This role will be responsible for performing financial analysis, modelling, insight generation, and process improvement.
This person thrives in an ever-changing environment. You will relish working with complex data sets and are passionate about providing actionable insights. This position requires working through complex issues and developing creative solutions while coordinating efforts across multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Building and sustaining a robust knowledge of financial processes through metrics and dynamics across online content areas.
  • Maintaining and improving monthly analytics through automation to provide reporting tools and business insight to our organization.
  • Providing critical financial insights to executive team by conducting in-depth analysis, scenario planning, and trend identification to guides strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting month-end close activities, preparing and analysing schedules and understands their impact on the overall financials.
  • Building relationships and networks with teams and stakeholders to understand their data and analytical needs.

Requirements

  • Have experience in using a data-driven approach to uncover trends and insights and utilizing for decision making.
  • Have good analytical and mathematical skills and have a real eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members.
  • Have advanced computer skills including Excel, Essbase, Hyperion
  • Have knowledge of PowerBi
  • Have a BA/BS, Accounting/Finance
