    As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies.     The International Business Analyst, reporting to the International Controller, is an integral part of the Glenmorangie Finance Team. In this role, you will directly impact the organisation by delivering timely business analysis, with a focus on market performance and sales & profitability. A key responsibility will be supporting all forecasting cycles, from building simulation files to engaging with stakeholders on assumptions and results. You will also foster strong partnerships with departments within the Single Malt division, distribution companies, regional hubs, and central finance teams within Moët Hennessy.

    Job responsibilities

    Business analysis

    • Prepare Monthly Reports (Sell-in, Revenue Analysis, Depletions, Market Share, etc).
    • Deliver timely, accurate & qualitative communications of Business Performance to stakeholders (Internal & External).
    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support the Marketing & Business Development team, or other teams as and when required.

    Business partner

    • Finance Business Partner for the Hospitality & E-Commerce teams.

    Forecast processes

    • Assist the construction of Maison Budget Guidelines to Regions.
    • Prepare working files to assist the preparation of all forecast cycles.
    • Assist with the preparation of business analysis and comments in R&O, Budget, LE and PMT books submitted to MH and LVMH.

    Market analysis & performance monitoring

    • Understand, analyse and provide insights on strategic markets, business dynamics using external data.
    • Assist Business Development Team as needed to prepare ad-hoc analysis, business reviews and market visits throughout the year.
    • Develop relationships with local teams to deepen understanding of markets dynamics.
    • Competitors trends and analysis.

    New products development

    • Build P&L and Profitability Analysis for proposed new products, to facilitate review and decision-making.

    Profile

    Technical skills & experience required

    • Previous Experience in a Business Analysis role
    • Degree educated in relevant field (e.g. Finance)
    • Excellent PC Skills (Excel and Powerpoint expert, Essbase, Cognos, Qlick, Anaplan)
