The role of the Retail Performance Intern is to be an ambassador of the Brand: you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our retail network. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a prestigious luxury environment, focusing on retail excellence and client experience.

    Job responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    Assist with the preparation and coordination of retail performance reports and dashboards. Maintain and organize retail operations documents and internal communications. Support team meetings, training sessions, and events by preparing materials and logistics.

    Tool Creation & Process Optimization

    Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools and templates to support store operations. Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing streamlined solutions. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving retail performance metrics.

    Store Support

    Act as a key point of contact for store teams, providing timely responses and solutions to their operational needs. Coordinate and follow up on action plans, ensuring alignment between HQ and retail stores. Monitor store compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.

    Client Experience

    Serve as an ambassador for the brand’s commitment to excellence in client experience. Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the customer journey and in-store service. Support the rollout of client experience initiatives and tools.
