About the job
As a Brand & Reputation intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the Partnerships Team with the development and execution of global partnerships, including briefing and onboarding external stakeholders, collating feedback, drafting and managing project timelines and producing progress reports.
- Support and offer insights towards a variety of key workstreams spanning Social Media, Advertising, Celebrity Management and more.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings for the Media, Partnerships and Events team, taking notes and distributing action plans afterwards.
- Follow up with global stakeholders to ensure progress of tasks.
- Review key materials and proposals to offer insightful builds and inform next steps.
- Perform administrative tasks such as registration of suppliers, processing invoices, budget tracking, filing documents, creating NDAs and more
