    What you’ll be doing

    You’ll work closely with our Surveying and Facilities Management teams—learning from the best, contributing from day one, and shaping the future of property services. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Property Operations: Support planned works, budgets, compliance, and maintenance.
    • Lease & Occupier Management: Review lease terms and help ensure positive relationships and retention.
    • Financial Oversight: Assist with payments, arrears, and client reporting.
    • Sustainability Focus: Drive real change alongside our Sustainability Team—reducing carbon emissions and boosting efficiency.
    • Performance & Reporting: Analyse data, prepare reports for audits and clients, and ensure accurate systems.
    • Contractor Management: Support procurement and monitor supplier performance.
    • Emergency Planning: Help implement site security plans and emergency responses.

    You should apply if you

    • Are a graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree or interest in property, surveying, or asset management.
    • Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
    • Communicate clearly, both in writing and face-to-face.
    • Are passionate about sustainability, technology, and modern ways of working.
