We are a specialist division of M&C Saatchi.

We are focused on tackling some of humanity’s most challenging and important problems, in fragile states and developing countries, harnessing the power of cutting-edge communications and creativity to achieve long-term behaviour change.

We’re looking for new talent, and we want to open our doors to a cohort of interns. While a job is not guaranteed, the purpose of this program is to invest in potential future talent.

We are looking for candidates who have

    • Curious minds: We want someone who is naturally curious and fascinated by the world and why it is the way it is, particularly from a geo-political perspective. Someone who might read a foreign policy article on a weekend and likes a lively debate. Someone who has a belief in the idea that communications, applied properly, can lead to a better world.
    • Natural collaborators: We work jointly with partners and agencies as well as other M&C Saatchi companies to provide support from strategy to implementation for many of our campaigns. We need a natural collaborator. Someone who empowers those around them and is open, willing and able to engage new people inside and outside of our organisation.

The internship program of 5 weeks will take place throughout the months of July/August, and will be based at our offices in Soho.

Interns will be paid London Living Wage, and will be expected to come into the office at least twice per week.

Interns have the opportunity to spend time in each of the following departments:

    • Account Management
    • Strategy
    • Research
    • Production
    • Operations
    • Dissemination Unit (Media)

You will be brought across some of our projects, interact with team members to get experience delivering work, gain exposure across all departments to help grow your understanding of our work environment as well as get the opportunity to network with senior leadership. The interns will all be hosted by different departments and teams but will work together to develop an end of internship task which will be your chance to show us what you have learnt and could bring to the agency in a full time role.

Interested? Please answer ONE of the below question in no more than 500 words, and along with your CV send to SDSinterns@mcsaatchi.com . Applications will close Friday 26th May and successful candidates will be invited for a short ZOOM interview during the first 2 weeks in June.
