Main duties
- Log Accident, incidents, Near Miss & Hazards onto Excel and EcoOnline
- Log completed site, personal & PPE audits
- Developing memos and safety alerts to raise QHSE awareness.
- Send out TBT's Bulletins and other comms from RPC & Mitie
- Office Waste – General, Confidential, Fuel and hazardous waste
- Drug & Alcohol testing – Induction, Random and update register.
- Non-Conformance recording, monitory and support advisors with close out
- Vehicle compliance – Download dashcam footage and save for review and update the tracker
- Equipment Register – Maintain register for Dielectric Gloves, Harness & lanyard
- Liaison with operations to get equipment out of calibration back into the office.
- PowerBi reports for various meetings
- Reflow – Create, maintain, amend QHSE forms. Create logins for new uses and amend access as required
- Any other duties as reasonably expected commensurate with the role and competence.
What we are looking for
- Motivated self starter with a desire to work and progress in a QHSE role
- Understanding of creating content / posts for tool box talk and company communications.
- A proactive self-starter comfortable working in an environment in which no two days are the same.
- Experience of integrated Management Systems i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Experience of working within the utilities industries would be beneficial.
