What can I expect?
You’ll rotate through various roles within Engineering in various locations, working with expert mentors who will support you as you deliver live projects developing future manufacturing technologies. As a Nestlé Engineering Graduate, you’ll develop your skills by doing the job for real and making a real impact.

Entry requirements
As part of the minimum requirements for this role all candidates must have studied, or be currently studying towards a Digital Engineering, Electrical, Automation, Chemical or Mechanical degree.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.

How we support each other
There is a wealth of opportunities for the Nestlé team to get involved with outside of the normal day-to-day roles. This could be the chance to act as an ambassador and go out and support the recruitment of future talent, to get involved in sustainability or regeneration projects, or to volunteer to support our local communities.
