The role
We want someone to join our team of creative problem solvers. The ideal candidate should have some experience that reflects digital marketing, including social media, websites and ads.
You will work closely with the Demand Generation team including Graphic Design, Paid Media, Marketing Automation and Campaign Managers to support the team, take an active project management role and create new solutions from concept through completion based on supplied strategic and creative input. You must have the ability and agility to quickly jump between multiple projects and deliver against tight timeframes.
You should be someone who thrives in a fluid and flexible environment, is intellectually curious, data-driven, and has a ‘can-do’ mentality. You’ll be working closely with the entire team in this capacity.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support the Spot marketing team – getting involved in cross specialisation projects from digital marketing to events, together with specific responsibilities for Webinar and ChatBot Programs.
- Paid media Marketing – supprot the paid media manager in building and executing paid media programs (Major Programs are LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ad’s), creating digital journeys, tracking results and delivering continual optimisation for performance and return on investment.
- Webinar program management and execution, build momentum around ongoing webinar series and support ad hoc webinar requests. Use combination of platforms from Zoom, On24 and BrightCove (NetApp TV) and 3rd party webinar programs. Manage the projects from intake of new project requests, suggesting abstracts and agreeing speakers, setting up and executing the webinar in the platform, email and social media promotion of the webinar, registration, and reminders, during webinar engagement and follow up communications. Upload leads. Monitor and report on webinar performance and recommend optimisations to improve results.
- ChatBot program management. Assist the digital marketing team with the ongoing review and optimisation of the chatbot program (Drift). Continually monitor chat flows, update and add new playbooks on high traffic pages, monitor lead flows and look for ways to test and optimise performance. Increase the use of Drift platform tactics to drive engagement with our prospects. Will need to work closely with the product marketing and product management teams to agree copy and content.
- Working with the Event team, support trade-shows execution and communications program to drive audience acquisition and engagement.
- Stay up to date on current trends in digital marketing best practices and bring forward new ideas
- Be responsible for maintaining Spot’s Marketing Portal SharePoint site to share critical information across the internal organisation.
