We know you’re good at the technical stuff* (you’re studying a STEM degree after all), so we’re more focussed on finding people who will fit with our teams, challenge us and live the New Nissan Way mindsets in everything they do.

Our Department
We represent the Voice of the Customer. This means that we listen to our Customers and translate what they are saying into a Quality strategy for the business.
We then ensure that our Customers experience Top Nissan Quality in terms of Product Quality, Product Satisfaction and their Experience of our brand. In the TCS department our Top Three Priorities are simple:

Day to day tasks in TCS are varied; you could be analysing survey data, using influence with our dealerships to enhance the Customer Experience, using data to identify and fix Customer concerns, or representing the Customer in our New Model Launch meetings.
