    This role is an office based role in Resolven, Neath

    Key responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing cost estimates and project budgets.
    • Monitor project costs and support cost reporting.
    • Participate in tendering processes and subcontractor evaluations.
    • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement.
    • Support contract negotiations, administration, and compliance.
    • Assist in preparing valuations, verifying payments, and managing variations.

    What we’re looking for

    • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
