This role is an office based role in Resolven, Neath
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and support cost reporting.
- Participate in tendering processes and subcontractor evaluations.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement.
- Support contract negotiations, administration, and compliance.
- Assist in preparing valuations, verifying payments, and managing variations.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
