    Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

    As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

    Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.

    As a recent graduate you will be joining part of the Oracle Analytics (OA) Product Management (PM) team, which focusses on enabling and supporting the global sales force with the aim to increase the sales and subsequent use of Oracle’s analytics products.

    What You’ll Do

    • Management & maintenance of the internal communication avenues for the global OA PM team such as internal websites and other communication platforms
    • Working collaboratively across the global sales teams including marketing, communications, operations, business development teams and more
    • Supporting & facilitating Internal Enablement working with key stake holders including HR, Sales Enablement & Business Operations
    • Supporting the running and management of an internal webinar series
    • Supporting key analytics sales programmes as part of the Oracle Team
    • Creating Oracle Analytics sales content, writing blogs, delivering industry content, developing and managing the production of Sales Motions
    • Interviewing Sales Reps for Win Stories and gather best practice – facilitating the sharing of that best practice globally
    • Working with the other areas of the Product Management team to ensure anlignmengt and consistency across the business
    • Have the ability to work dynamically across a variety of different teams and projects
    • Though you and your manager will be based in the UK the core team is in the US, and its stakeholders are based internationally which will require both flexible working and potentially some travel

    • Some previous experience of Oracle’s processes and systems would be highly benefical
