Job description summary
We’re looking for a curious, data-driven problem solver to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst. In this role, you’ll be a critical player in translating data into actionable insights, unlocking growth opportunities, and enabling our commercial teams to perform at their best. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and senior leadership, serving as a trusted partner to help them make better, faster decisions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and a strong understanding of sales processes within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving sales efficiency and growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you love getting into the weeds and emerging with clarity.
- Proven experience working with commercial teams (e.g., sales, account management).
- Confident working with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Comfortable turning data into stories—clear communicator with an ability to simplify the complex.
- Highly proactive with a “see something, say something” mindset.
- Experience in revenue operations, revenue operations, or commercial analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
