    The role

    As a Graduate Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages, assisting with technical drawings, specifications, and ensuring designs comply with building regulations. You'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of sectors.

    Your core responsibilities 

    • Support the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages, contributing to design, detailing, specifications, and coordination under senior guidance.
    • Assist in producing technical drawings, construction documents, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
    • Gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of sectors.
    • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues, consultants, and occasionally clients.
    • Participate in project meetings, understand project briefs, costs, and timelines, and maintain regular communication with senior architectural leads for support and progress.

    About you

    Our ideal Graduate Architectural Technologist will have:

    • Must have a Architecture or Architectural Technology degree, masters or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
    • Some industry experience would be desirable.
    • Good technical detailing knowledge, specification and materials knowledge.
    • Good clarity and confidence in communication; writing, drawing, on screen and in person.
    • Good self-motivation, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Good at working collaboratively with all team members.
    • Good REVIT Skills and fluency in Microsoft office.
    • Ability to model and produce design and working drawings to a good standard under supervision.
    • Good ability to review and analyse drawing information.
